SCOPE OF SERVICE

Scope of cleaning services will include only as we agreed at the time of visit to your property or over the phone Quote, In case any kind of extra duty will amend the cost of service.

Under this contract, any damage due to the cleaners’ negligence during the cleaning process will be fully insured by VPC London. During performing their duty if cleaners feel any risk assessment that could damage your property or belongings they are not bound to process, if you ask them to do so VPC London is not responsible for any damage.

PAYMENT

The client will pay deposit money in advance for one (1) month if chosen monthly payments. At the end of every month, full payment shall be made to VPC London within two ( 2 ) working days. Failure to do so VPC London has the right to cancel the services, at the time of termination if there is any outstanding balance that will be deducted from the deposit if the balance is clear from a client then the deposit money will be returned to the client within 2 weeks ( 14 days ). All payment options for weekly, Monthly, Of Cleaning, or End Of Tenancy Cleaning will be discussed upon booking, Acceptable methods of payment are cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards.

PRODUCTS 

VPC London will use its products and supplies, Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products will not be part of the Quote unless the client asks for them, the price will be a little higher for that. Should the Client require the use of special or hypoallergenic products, the Client must notify us upon booking. The client may provide the product. If the Client requires VPC London to use specialized products an additional fee may be assessed.

RENEWAL 

If you signed a contract that will be automatically renewed under the terms specified herein for a period equal to the initial period on the expiration of the current term unless either party notifies the other in writing at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the current term that this Contract shall not be renewed. General Cleaning without a contract can be canceled by either party serving with 7 days prior notice.

ACCESS REQUIREMENT

The client will provide access to the Property and to all areas of the Property scheduled to be cleaned as noted under Scope of Service at the scheduled time. Failure to do so allows VPC London to charge the full amount as scheduled.
The client will provide car parking for the duration of cleaning, failure to do so client will pay any other parking fee that will be necessary.

CANCELATION POLICY

In the event Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment twenty-four (24) hour notice is required. Notice may be given via phone or email.

ASSIGNMENT 

The rights and obligations created for Client under this agreement may not be assigned to any other party.

This contract is subject to the Law and Jurisdiction of England.
